1. Medical Record Technician - 10

Educational Qualification: The desirous and keen individuals must be 12th with Certificate in Medical Records from a recognized Board / University / Institute.

Application / Examination Fee: '

• Processing fee of 1000/- is required from candidates belonging to General/ OBC Category Candidates to be paid.
• Applicants belonging to SC/ST/Woman/EWS are required to paid Rs. 200/- as processing fee.
• Applicants belonging to Ex-SM/ PWD (Persons with Disability) are exempted from such payment of processing fee.

Age Limitations:

• The contestants applying for the posts should be existing between 18 to 30 Years As on 07-03-2020.
